How Do I Place An Order

To place an order, find the item you’d like to buy, select the quantity required, and click "Add to Basket". When you've finished shopping and are ready to checkout, click on the ‘Basket’ button at the top right of the screen to view your Basket. Make sure all the products and quantities in your basket are correct, and click ‘Checkout’ to continue. You’ll then be tranferred to a secure server where you'll be asked to enter and confirm your billing, shipping and payment information.

 

Do I need an account in order to shop?

No, you don’t have to have an account to place an order. You can place an order as a guest.

 

How do I see what’s in my shopping basket?

To see or manage the contents of your shopping basket, click on Basket in the upper right corner of your screen.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel placed orders as they are processed immediately. You can, however, return a product for a full refund view our returns policy for more details

 

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept the following forms of payment: Paypal, Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge your credit card until your order is shippe

 

What are my delivery options?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. We offer next day delivery for orders placed before 3pm on working days. Orders placed before 3pm on working days will be shipped on the same day with Royal Mail First Class.

 

Can I ship part of my order to a different address?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. You will need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items to multiple addresses.

 

How much shipping fee do I have to pay?

We offer free next day delivery on orders over £100 Next day delivery on orders under £40 is charged at £5 in England, Scotland and Wales.

What if I want to ship to a P.O. Box?

Sorry, but we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a street address for delivery.

 

How do I track my order?

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class and have no tracking options.​

 

How do I return a package?

To return products (only unopened packs) please send them, accompanied with the dispatch note to Totalvape.co. 128 church street,Eccles,Manchester,M30 0LS

For safety reasons, only unopened packs can be returned. If you have questions regarding the products you bought, we are happy to answer them. We will credit your account 5 days after we have received your returned items.

 

What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?
